The barn swallow's most extraordinary feat is an epic annual migration of up to 22,000 miles between the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. Navigating by the Earth's magnetic field they will return to their mate at the same nesting site year after year.
'Barn Swallow' is an original drawing on paper, presented in an archival mount and framed in a soft silver scooped wood moulding. The glazing has high UV protection and low reflectivity for clear viewing. Overall size including frame 34x34cm. A certificate of authenticity is included.
